Durant la jornada es presentaran els diferents programes als quals es poden acollir les comunitats de propietaris per dur a terme la rehabilitació energètica dels edificis d’habitatge. Les comunitats de propietaris són les principals destinatàries de les convocatòries dels fons Next Generation per a la rehabilitació energètica dels edificis residencials.
Durant la sessió es farà èmfasi en el programa 3 de la convocatòria d’ajuts i, especialment, en la seva vinculació amb el deure de conservació dels edificis; un concepte que generalment es desconeix i que les subvencions dels fons Next Generation permeten abordar. A més, es comptarà amb la figura dels mediadors i mediadores del projecte “Impuls de la transició energètica a la llar” del Consell Comarcal del Vallès Occidental, per facilitar el tràmit i realitzar acompanyament a les comunitats que s’acollin als programes d’ajuts. L’objectiu de la jornada és resoldre dubtes i proporcionar informació per incentivar la rehabilitació dels edificis d’habitatges.
